You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a health affiliated discipline and/or advanced training in a health-related field. You have experience in continuous quality improvement by utilizing evidence-based practices to support healthcare quality, patient safety and clinical sustainability; developing and implementing patient experience surveys; measuring outcomes and evaluating the effectiveness of quality initiatives and programs; and in providing education, support and advice related to quality and patient safety. You have at least a 75% proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel and outlook). You also have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is an asset.Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.What you will do
