Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, dependable, and adaptable individual to join our team as Manager, Food Services, Environmental Services, and Patient Support. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership in managing complex healthcare support service operations, including food services and environmental services, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care, team collaboration, and service quality.

Who you are
You have worked in healthcare, hospitality, or food/environmental service management for a minimum of 2 to 5 years. You have experience in managing multidisciplinary support service teams, overseeing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a healthcare or institutional setting. You have an intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a high regard for confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of professionals and teams.
