Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a SailPoint Developer with extensive expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position offers the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and support of SailPoint solutions within a collaborative team environment, contributing to critical security infrastructure for a major financial institution.
Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, deploy, and support SailPoint IdentityNow platform components as part of the provisioning and identity management suite.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and integration consultants to onboard systems and applications onto the SailPoint platform.
• Develop and maintain IAM strategies and technology roadmaps in conjunction with Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology teams.
• Translate business, application, and security requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SailPoint, providing technical guidance and best practices to application owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution of engineering projects, working closely with operations, security, architecture, and project management teams.
• Serve as the final escalation point for IAM support, troubleshooting complex issues beyond tier one and tier two support.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve software, hardware, and application issues efficiently.
• Document system architecture, configuration, installation procedures, and troubleshooting steps for SailPoint solutions.
• Provide training and support documentation for operational and support teams.
• Oversee external consultants' work, review designs and code, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Research new technologies and best practices to automate, improve, and streamline IAM processes.

Desired Skill-Set

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint coding, administration, and configuration.
• Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, Unix Shell scripts, PowerShell, SQL, PL/SQL, etc.
• Extensive experience with database technologies, including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong coordination, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of IAM industry standards and protocols including RBAC and LDAP.

Nice to Have

• Automation and scripting capabilities to enhance IAM workflows.
• Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Virtual Directories.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure platforms like Unix, databases, and identity federation.
• Understanding of additional IAM protocols, standards, and industry best practices.
