For 45 years, we have provided high-quality rigging services, metalwork, composite repairs, and paint refinishing--primarily serving the pleasure craft market. We are a multi-service, industry-leading team known for craftsmanship, professionalism, and innovative solutions.

We are currently seeking a

permanent full-time team member

to join our

Sailboat Rigging Department

at Canoe Cove Marina.

This position involves hands-on rigging work on a wide range of sailboats. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of sailing, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Working aloft on masts and rigging systems Building and installing standing and running rigging Performing general installation work on sailboats Assisting with minor metal fabrication Supporting rigging projects with accuracy, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications

Sailing experience is required

Rigging or marine repair experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working at heights and in a marine yard environment

Compensation:

Dependent upon qualifications and experience.
