Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with manufacturing teams to implement quality management practices and conduct thorough inspections and analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications. Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance protocols. Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including recommendations for corrective actions. Participate in root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures in compliance with industry standards.

Experience

Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong understanding of quality management systems, including QA/QC methodologies. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools, such as calipers. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Knowledge of industry standards related to quality control and assurance practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
