: Saskatchewan - based out of Saskatoon, but must be willing to travel to our other shop locations and various job sites throughout the province as required.

Are you a certified safety professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our growing COR-certified Hydrovac company in Saskatchewan is looking for a Full-Time Certified Safety Officer to lead our safety program and ensure we maintain the highest standards in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain and continuously improve our COR safety program Develop, implement, and enforce health & safety policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox meetings Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken Provide safety training and mentorship to field crews and new hires Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OH&S legislation and industry best practices Maintain all required documentation (including online Site Docs platform), reporting, and audits

What You Bring:

Certified Safety Officer designation (e.g., NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan OH&S legislation Valid Class 5 driver's license (clean abstract) Proven experience in industrial, construction, or hydrovac environments Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
