We're Hiring: Safety Officer

Detail-driven. Proactive. Focused on keeping people safe?
We're looking for a Safety Officer to lead and promote safety across all our job sites and operations. You'll oversee inspections, training, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure a safe, compliant, and proactive workplace.

What You'll Do:

Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance checks Investigate incidents and near misses, recommending corrective actions Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and return-to-work programs Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting Support emergency preparedness and response efforts Foster a strong safety-first culture across teams and departments

What We're Looking For:

5-10 years of experience in construction, industrial, or related safety roles CSO or CRST certification preferred First Aid, CPR, or related training (assets) Strong knowledge of provincial safety regulations and WCB processes Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety tracking software Able to manage multiple sites, timelines, and documentation
