As a Safety Coordinator you will join our safety management team and be a key individual in executing the company's safety program by supporting field operations and promoting a strong safety culture.
The responsibilities include:
Conduct site safety inspections and report deficiencies.
Monitor worksite compliance with company safety program.
Implement and support project plans, regulatory requirements and other safe work practices.
Deliver toolbox talks.
Support incident reporting and preliminary investigations.
Maintain site-specific safety documentation and records.
Assist in implementing corrective actions and hazard mitigation.
Attend and assist Worksite Health and Safety Committee meetings.
Collaborate with site superintendents on safe work procedures.
Maintain and administer safety supplies.
