RV Technician (Level 1 or Level 2)

to join our service team.

Position Overview:

As an RV Technician, you'll work hands-on with all types of RVs and camper trailers, performing repairs, maintenance, and installations across multiple systems. You'll troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, roofing, and appliance issues, ensuring every job meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive, family-run team.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV and camper trailer systems Perform electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and component replacement Handle plumbing, water, and propane systems maintenance and repair Service HVAC units, appliances, slide-outs, and awnings Apply sealants and perform roof inspections and maintenance Complete installations of accessories and upgrades Maintain detailed work orders and service records Ensure all repairs are completed safely and efficiently to dealership standards

Qualifications:

Experience as an RV Technician, Automotive Technician, or related trade Strong understanding of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, roofing, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair independently Skilled with hand and power tools; attention to detail and safety Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred but not required:

RV Technician Level 1 or Level 2 Certification (RVTI or equivalent)

Experience in carpentry, welding, or fabrication Familiarity with RV service software and digital work orders
