Position Title: Aftersales Team Member

Location: Chilliwack, BC

Escape Trailer is a unique RV travel trailer manufacturer located in Chilliwack, BC. We have manufactured trailers for over 18 years and we are searching for an Aftersales Support team member to join our aftersales division. To be successful in this role, you should have good working knowledge of the RV industry, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive attitude. Essential duties & requirements include:

Responsibilities:

Problem solving with the ability to multitask & prioritize work

Record all information regarding sales processes to the final delivery stage

Coordinate customer service assistance, including replacement part requests

Support the customer service experience including warranty requests

Support in final inspections of the product upon request to ensure quality excellence

Follow up & close service tickets once resolved to the client's satisfaction

Reception desk relief including welcoming and directing visitors, use of multi-phone line systems and sorting/distributing postage

Office administrative duties including filing, data entry, etc.

Preferred Skills/Requirements:

Ability to navigate difficult conversations

Knowledge & experience in the RV industry

High School Diploma

Fluent in English
