Must-Haves:

1. API Design and Development

Extensive experience with REST API design and development.

Proficient in API documentation and testing.

In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.

Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), or similar products.

Familiarity with enterprise integration technologies (JMS, AMQP, REST) in an IBM ACE (or IIB) context.

Expertise in data transformation techniques and Spring Integration.

2. Database and SQL Skills

Strong skills in SQL.

Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.

Criteria:

1. Technical Design

Strong Java expertise, including Spring Boot.

In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture.

Extensive experience with REST API design and development.

Application of design patterns and standards to technical design.

Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), OMG technical standards, and OPS architecture standards.

2. Integration

Proficient in data transformation techniques within Spring Integration.

Experience with message-oriented middleware and enterprise service buses (e.g., Azure Service Bus).

Exposure to Event Driven architecture and Azure Event Hub.

Strong SQL skills and database experience.

Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.

3. Middleware

Experience with message-oriented middleware and enterprise service buses (e.g., Azure Service Bus).

Exposure to Event Driven architecture and Azure Event Hub.

4. Security

Expertise in Security and Web Services Security standards and frameworks.

Extensive working experience in OAuth, OpenID, SAML 2.0, etc.

5. Technical Framework

In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture.

Experience in building scalable, highly available systems.

Prior experience in containerized environments (Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, etc.).
