Job Title: Solution Designer - CRM Salesforce (Ontario Government Client)
Responsibilities:
Design hosting technology solutions aligned with client service specifications, standards, policies, and best practices to meet CRM application business requirements.
Utilize knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols.
Apply expertise in OPS directory/messaging standards, facility architecture management, infrastructures policies, and procurement processes.
Gather client business requirements, corporate I&IT information mandates, and contribute to the development of CRM solution service activities.
Assess performance, capacity, and security of existing systems, making recommendations for improvement.
Plan, migrate, implement, and sustain large complex system development projects.
Stay informed about technology developments, trends, and new products to evaluate their application to client technology requirements.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of project management methodology (e.g., PMBOK), analytical tools, and processes.
Utilize conceptual and analytical skills for assessing client needs and conducting cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements.
Design and develop large, complex CRM applications with a focus on Salesforce.
Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Collaborate effectively within a team and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
3+ years of leadership experience in developing and implementing CRM Salesforce solution architectures.
3+ years of experience in designing and developing large, complex CRM Salesforce solutions.
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
