About the role

Our growing team is looking for a RPA Project Manager!

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:

Ensure that automation projects and other IT projects within the portfolio are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget, and will track and proactively mitigate any deviations.

Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning) and assist management with longer-term planning exercises.

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Provide regular, standardized reporting for team performance and project status.

Ensure that the RPA programme is running in accordance with governance framework.

Monitor the programme\'s budget on behalf of the COE expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses.

Initiating extra activities and other interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues/roadblocks arise.

Experience in supporting RPA bot development and support teams.

Maintain a strong business focus with an understanding of the current and strategic direction of RPA technologies.

What you bring to the table:

Proven track record of deploying large programs and projects on time, in scope, within budget, and meeting other related KPIs.

5+ years of experience in strategic Project Management.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, project/program management or equivalent.

Efficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Teams, SharePoint.

Work experience in a virtual environment.

Experience in resource matrix management.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Other assets:

RPA and AI projects/programs.

Experience working with Clarity, Workbench and Jira/Confluence.

PMP Certification.

Profile sought:

Strong Project Management Skills.

Mastering execution of different phases of an IT Projects for Waterfall and/or Agile projects.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

Proven leadership and ability to influence, remain calm and maintain focus on sustainable results.

Results-oriented.

Dynamic, ability to work in a changing environment.

Great at working with others, proactive with ideas and solutions.

Sense of prioritization and change management.
