Experience required



A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology Must have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, Python, RestAPI, Microservices, SQL, data integration tools, RPA and test automation tools) Minimum of 3+ years of IT industry experience with architectural responsibilities. Must have 2 + year of experience, should be adept at engaging with clients and demonstrating solution capabilities for Blueprism, Uipath and have successfully lead large RPA projects (10+ Processes automated) Strong analytical skills, domain knowledge, and understanding of process optimization are essential. Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams Proficient in active listening, written communication, articulate the solution to non-technical audience Should have an engineering mindset with good exposure to agile delivery, continuous integration & continuous deployment methods Good OCR/ML skills to work with structured and unstructured datasets and documents Well-versed in data sciences, analytics, and utilization of machine learning algorithms for automation. Capable of leading development and testing teams and independently implementing automation solutions. Additional Qualifications (preferred): Message Queues, Unix/Linux, Maven, Jenkins, Agile, Distributed/Parallel Computing, Hadoop, Apache Spark, EIP (Camel), AI/Machine Learning, ZooKeeper, Chef, Docker



Roles & Responsibilities:



Design comprehensive end-to-end RPA solutions depending on client requirements. Primary focus is to identify business problems and create effective solutions using RPA technology. Develop RPA solution designs that are stable, reusable, and scalable. Document efforts through process definition documents (PDD) and development specification documents (DSD). Collaborate with business analysts, bridge the gap between technical and business aspects. Define enterprise architecture models based on the overall organizations' business and technology vision Own architectural decisions (in line with IT organization's practices) including security management, infrastructure, application layer interfacing approach, solution performance standards Lead the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions Guide teams in identifying technical risk early in the process Guide the team in finding opportunities to reuse organization level technical assets (e.g., existing API) Ensure team defines non-functional requirements in line with the organizations standards and guidelines Ensure the team leverages best engineering practices including continuous integration, automated deployment etc. where applicable Analyze use cases and process flows thoroughly to optimize processes while considering solution performance. Review code, engage in licensing requirements, and orchestrate processes (e.g., managing robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues). Ensure alignment with organizational standards. Help avoid costly rework, improve team collaboration efficiency, clarifies functional and non-functional requirements, enable scalability, and ensure reliable automation solutions. Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT), and production deployments Set up the Uipath/ Power Automate development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc) Address various RPA requirements, primarily around business process automation from multiple industry groups to quickly assess and arrive at a plan to deliver the required services Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access Mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program - providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.



Skills:



Must have:



Certified in RPA technologies either of Blueprism or Uipath or Power Apps Uipath cert Must - preferably Advanced RPA developer or Solution Architect Hands-on to handle Rest API based integrations Must have exposure in handling RPA infrastructure on cloud Hands-on knowledge in IDP, AI/ML Knowledge in CI/CD

Nice to have:



Built handful of dashboards Migrated bots from BP to Uipath or Power Automate Good understanding on Process Discovery, Comm Mining Integration knowledge on Datadog, Splunk, CyberArk, SAP BAPI, Citrix, Salesforce
