Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and certify technicians, guiding them in service protocols, product usage and opportunities for upselling.
Operational Excellence:
Support the Operations Manager in optimizing technician routes for workload balance and revenue maximization.
Customer Engagement:
Maintain high service standards through consistent quality checks, foster relationships with existing and prospective customers, and actively engage in the Ride Along Program.
Business Development:
Cultivate sales opportunities across various industries, emphasizing restaurant/food establishments, fitness centers, manufacturing, and more.

Drive product quality by identifying improvement solutions and leveraging existing and innovative products effectively.
Inventory and Operations:
Monitor and manage field operations, assist with inventory reconciliation, and ensure operational efficiency.
Hands-On Role:

Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
Experience:
Preferred a minimum 5 years of local supervisory or relevant management experience (preferably in service, logistics, facilities, or related industries).
Education:
High school diploma required; BS/BA in management or relevant discipline is preferred. Experience as a supervisor or in a relevant leadership role.
Good communication, facilitation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good planning, organizational, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills; able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Ability and eligibility to travel to the USA (valid passport and/or required documentation).
Ability and willingness to start work as early as 6:00 AM on weekdays. Preference for early morning work is highly valued.
Knowledge of MS Office and route management/dispatch software.
