Route Manager

to join our team and help ensure our media placements run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview

The Route Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining our product placed in hundreds of venues throughout Saskatoon and surrounding communities. This hands-on role involves organizing and coordinating meeting times with our venue operators, maintaining assets, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our media products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee venues in assigned routes Ensure media products are kept in pristine condition Communicate effectively with management and venue operators Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in each venue. Conduct inspections and maintenance using hand and power tools when required. Maintain accurate route reports and ensure route efficiency. Must have a vehicle that is reliable and well maintained Communicate with Venue owners about new campaigns. Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a

clean and current driver's abstract

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - must be

personable and customer-focused

. Practical knowledge of

hand and power tools

for light maintenance and repair work. Excellent

problem-solving and organizational skills

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical condition - ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with the Saskatoon area and surrounding communities is an asset. Previous experience in route management, logistics, or delivery coordination preferred.
