Job description
Abell's major commercial accounts require consistent technical oversight, structured reporting, and regular operational reviews to ensure their Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs meet the highest quality standards. This position is responsible for facilitating scheduled account reviews, delivering training, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring that service outcomes align with both customer requirements and Abell's quality expectations.
Coordinate and lead weekly, monthly, or quarterly operational meetings for assigned major accounts.
Apply pest management expertise to guide both Abell and customer teams toward corrective actions, ensuring recurring pest issues are identified, documented, and
resolved in compliance with best practices and contractual obligations. Oversee the preparation and submission of required reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with key customer and internal quality standards.
Monitor account performance trends and recommend improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction, service consistency, and overall program quality.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a licensed Route Manager with a valid Structural Pest Management license
Strong interpersonal skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage and diffuse challenging situations
French communication skills (written and verbal) are considered an asset
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
