We are looking for a full-time route driver for our Truro - New Glasgow route, who will ensure excellent customer service while being responsible to deliver fresh product to stores.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fresh products to stores across assigned territories.
• Direct store sales, merchandising, and stock rotation.
• Maintain route schedules and handle product loading/unloading.
• Ensure accurate processing of reports and invoices.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and maintain truck maintenance.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logbooks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Wake up early to ensure timely departure and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Drive box trucks over 16' in length.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of box-truck driving experience and a clean driving abstract.
• Direct-store sales or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to customer service.
• Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Neat and clean appearance.
