F ive 8-hour shifts/week, shifts will be scheduled Monday - Saturday between 7am-7:30pm.


Includes a rotation of Saturday shifts.

What you'll do:

The Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations in the Grocery and Deli departments.


In the deli, responsibilities include preparing a variety of foods, working with hot foods, slicing deli meats and cheeses; assembling party trays; assisting with inventory and ordering; merchandising products; and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while delivering excellent customer service.


Duties in the grocery department involve receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating products, fulfilling online orders, processing claims, assisting with inventory and ordering, supporting staff supervision, handling transactions and cash, and ensuring the department meets cleanliness and presentation standards.


The Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

Are committed to service excellence and food production quality. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Are comfortable working with food. Deli or kitchen experience is an asset. Can maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned workspaces, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Can stand for extended periods of time and perform a variety of repetitive motions. Can lift up to 50 lbs, with repetitive lifting of 5-35 lbs. Have strong communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. Available for a variety of shifts and Saturdays.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain. Strong and proven numerical aptitude with confidence in handling cash transactions. Experience with basic computer operations. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
