ICEN Property Services is looking for three
Rope Access Technicians (RAT)
to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive wage and flexible hours.Work Location:
312 - 3183 Pierview Crescent, Vancouver, BC V5S 0G5, and various on-site customer locations.Salary:
$37.00 per hour, for 30 to 40 hours per week.Terms of Employment:
Permanent, full-time employment with flexible hours (early morning, morning, day, weekend).Start Date:
As soon as possible.Responsibilities
Read blueprints to determine job requirements. Perform construction-related tasks at heights. Instruct apprentices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.Experience:
1 to less than 2 years of experience in construction,caulking, window cleaning, and repairs to the outside of high-rise concrete buildings
.Certification:
Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
is required.Language:
Must be proficient in English.Personal Suitability:
We're looking for anaccurate, organized, client-focused team player
.Work Environment
The work is on-site at various location within the lower mainland area and the work is performed at heights in a dangerous, dusty, hot, noisy, wet/damp, and outdoors environment. There is no option for remote work.
