The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for all Private Dining duties which include providing in-room food and beverage service (including the servicing of alcoholic beverages) for our hotel guests. Duties include taking phone orders and delivering food orders to the guest rooms in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring all standards are maintained. The successful candidate will also assist in the responsibilities of a Conference Centre Porter. This includes ensuring all the conference and banquet operations are prepared to the defined standards through the completion of all necessary preparation work for the current and following day by reviewing banquet event orders. Duties will include conference/banquet room setups and tear down, the organizing and cleaning of the back of the house areas, along with food and beverage service areas.
