Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing a welcoming and hygienic environment.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, following established procedures. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to ensure guest comfort. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean floors to uphold cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist in the cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as required. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
