Job Description

The Locked Room is looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and personable candidates to join their team of game masters for their live, in-person escape games at their North and Fairmont locations. If you are a people person and enjoy helping others have a good time, this could be the job for you.

Duties include:

- Greeting guests and taking payments.

- Preparing guests for the game to come by going over rules and story.

- Monitoring guests during their event and giving clues as needed.

- Debriefing post game.

- Resetting the room and cleaning the facility.

Candidates should:

- be comfortable talking and interacting with customers in an in-person setting.

- know how to be fun, but also keep interactions to a professional standard.

- have good memorization skills and attention to detail.

- being familiar with escape rooms / puzzle games would be considered an asset.

- basic tools skillsets and troubleshooting abilities would be considered an asset.
