Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at Delta Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

We are looking for an individual that can rotate within the department, Cleaning rooms, cleaning public areas and doing laundry as needed.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked with supplies. Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas of the hotel. Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping is a must. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
