Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. Previous experience in hotel cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest service while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to hotel standards Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Follow safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to ensure readiness for new arrivals

Requirements

Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods during shifts Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed A positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional guest service
