Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or needs.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous. A strong commitment to hospitality and customer service excellence is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards are crucial for success in this role.
