We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team. This vital role contributes to our mission by ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your efforts will directly enhance the overall guest experience at Hampton by Hilton.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Follow health and safety protocols to ensure guest safety. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet hotel standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is an asset. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
