What You'll Be Doing

As a Roofer at LAING, you'll be hands-on with every layer of the job -- from the first sheet to the final detail. You'll:

Work with flat roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and SBS. Handle new installs, replacements, and repairs. Craft custom sheet metal flashings. Apply waterproof coatings with precision. Keep job sites safe and organized. Mentor apprentices and labourers -- because we grow together. Collaborate with a team that's got your back.

Journeyman ticket? Great. If not, related construction experience works too. Comfortable working at heights and on your feet. Valid driver's license is a bonus. Bring your own hand tools -- we'll help with the rest. Most importantly: be a team player who shows up and gives it your all.
