Roofer Sales Representative

to cover the area in Metro Vancouver. If you have both roofing and sales experience, this is a high-opportunity role with strong support and uncapped earning potential.

Position Overview:

This is a

commission-only

sales position with

full benefits available after 3 months

. You'll be responsible for assessing roofs, educating homeowners, and closing deals. You control your income and your schedule--ideal for driven professionals who want to be rewarded directly for their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to homes in Metro Vancouver to perform roof assessments Provide professional, accurate estimates and explain roofing solutions Close residential roofing sales with a consultative approach Build long-term relationships with customers Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project delivery Manage your own schedule and client pipeline

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of

roofing experience

(installation, assessment, or related) Minimum 2 years of

sales experience

, ideally in-home/residential Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Ability to climb ladders and safely access roofs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-driven, organized, and motivated to succeed Familiarity with the Vancouver market is a strong asset
