Wolfenburg Roofing is seeking a motivated and experienced
Roofing Sales Estimator / Project Manager
to join our commercial division. This role combines client relations, estimating, and project management to deliver high-quality roofing solutions from initial lead to project completion. Wolfenburg works all year.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments for commercial roofing projects
Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Manage project timelines, budgets, and job-site coordination
Oversee crews to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams
Identify sales opportunities and support business development
Qualifications
Experience in commercial roofing estimating and/or project management
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project documents
Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites
