is a well-established RCABC-certified roofing firm based in Coquitlam. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Construction Estimator / Project Manager

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating:

Attend pre-bid meetings and site walkthroughs Review plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope of work Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment Compile and submit complete quotation and tender packages Develop construction schedules and schedule of values Actively seek out new bidding opportunities

Project Management:

Oversee projects awarded through your successful bids Manage and supervise phases of project execution Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules Resolve issues affecting budget, timelines, or workmanship Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Support budget reviews and cost tracking with the operations team

Qualifications

Experience in construction estimating and project management Experience in roofing systems and building envelope construction Ability to read blueprints and perform basic take-offs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Bluebeam or Planswift Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Valid driver's license required
