Roofing Repair Technician

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a roof and takes pride in solving problems the right way. If you're reliable, hands-on, and not afraid to get up there and figure it out, this might be the job for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a

Roofing Repair Technician

, you'll be out in the field handling service calls, leak repairs, and maintenance work -- mostly on commercial buildings. You'll:

Track down and repair roof leaks Perform regular maintenance and inspections Handle small repairs, tie-ins, and detail work Apply waterproofing and protective coatings Keep job sites clean and safe Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors Work solo or with a small crew, depending on the job

What You Bring

We're not just looking for experience -- we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and shows up ready to go.

Experience in commercial roofing (especially repairs and service) Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working at heights and in all weather Valid driver's license (service truck may be provided) Your own hand tools Journeyman ticket is a bonus, but not required A strong work ethic and a good attitude
