Responsibilities
Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on various flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, etc.).
Diagnose leaks and identify necessary repairs.
Provide service calls and emergency repair work as needed.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of flat roofing experience (commercial/residential).
Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and other flat roofing systems.
Ability to use roofing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
