Work for a well-established local company! Penfolds Roofing has been providing Residential and Commercial roofing services in British Columbia since 1937. We are in need of experienced Roofing Service Technicians to assist with our roofing maintenance contracts throughout Greater Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Repair, waterproof, and provide maintenance for both flat and sloped roofs on Residential and Commercial properties
• Troubleshoot service and leak calls
• Execute warranty repairs
• Write service reports
• Conduct/ participate in Job Site Safety Meetings/ Toolbox talks
• Perform all work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Regulations
• Maintain personal and team safety on job sites
• General job site clean up

Requirements

• 
  
• 1-2 years repair/roofing experience with flat, slopped, rubber, or metal roofing systems
• Experience working on residential buildings
• Prior experiencing working on commercial buildings considered an asset
• Must be physically fit (able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs)
• Commitment to high standards for quality and excellence in all aspects of the job
• Must be able to work safely outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• First Aid Certificate considered an asset
• WHMIS Certification
• Completion of or working towards a Roofing/ Waterproofing Apprenticeship program considered a strong asset
