Superior Roofing Ltd. is expanding our team! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge in both sloped roofing (asphalt shingles, metal, standing seam, cedar, tile) and flat roofing systems (SBS, TPO, EPDM, BUR, torch-on, and coatings)and Exteriors. Able to manage roofing and siding jobs. If you know the industry, have strong measurement skills, and can keep jobs running on time -- this is your chance to join a winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish. Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and schedules. Conduct site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Oversee budget, timelines, and project documentation. Troubleshoot field issues and ensure superior workmanship.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in exterior construction management. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, building envelope details, and best installation practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license.
