is seeking a highly experienced

Senior Project Manager

to independently lead and deliver commercial construction projects. This role is suited to a seasoned professional who brings strong judgment, financial accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.

We are a growing construction management firm known for integrity, quality, and long-term client relationships in the Greater Moncton Area.

What You'll Do:


As a Senior Project Manager, you will have full accountability for project outcomes while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading multiple commercial construction projects through all phases, from early planning to close-out Working collaboratively with the pre-construction and estimating teams to fully understand project scope, assumptions, budgets, and schedules developed during the planning phase Taking ownership of preliminary project budgets and schedules and being accountable for delivering projects in alignment with those targets Refining, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules and cost forecasts throughout construction Providing leadership to site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Managing contracts, change orders, and project risk on complex, active projects Proactively identifying and resolving issues related to scope, schedule, cost, and quality Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Ensuring timely and accurate project reporting, including cost tracking, forecasting, and WIP reporting Mentoring Project Coordinators and junior project staff as needed Contributing to continuous improvement of project controls, systems, and best practices

What We're Looking For:


This role requires demonstrated senior-level experience and independent project leadership.

Qualifications include:

8-10+ years

of experience managing

commercial or institutional construction projects

Proven experience independently managing projects from planning through close-out Strong ability to manage projects against established budgets and schedules Demonstrated experience managing complex scopes, multiple stakeholders, and active sites Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and WIP reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Comfortable working within structured systems and digital project management tools PMP, Gold Seal, or equivalent designation considered an asset
This role is not intended for entry-level or junior project managers.
