Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team at Valley Metal Roofing Ltd., serving clients from

Hope to North Vancouver

. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing maintenance-free roofing solutions that enhance property value while reflecting individual style. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality installations.

Responsibilities

Install metal roofing systems according to specifications and safety standards Perform repairs and maintenance on existing roofs Utilize hand and power tools effectively for roofing tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in roofing or construction (minimum 2 years preferred) Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks Strong understanding of construction site safety practices Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights Excellent teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship

Must have a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to job sites between Hope and North Vancouver on a regular basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.45-$30.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
