Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and be comfortable working in diverse environments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on the job site.

Duties

As a Laborer, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with construction projects by performing tasks such as heavy lifting, concrete forming, and masonry work. Utilizing hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements. Engaging in carpentry work including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and roofing tasks. Participating in restoration projects and remodeling efforts as needed. Conducting metal stud framing and plumbing tasks when required. Performing caulking, tile laying, and stucco application as part of finishing work. Fabricating components as necessary for various projects. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on safety practices. Proficiency in construction estimating and understanding project timelines. Familiarity with various construction techniques including welding and maintenance person skills. Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the day. Experience with restoration processes and techniques is a plus. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
