About the Role:

We are currently hiring an experienced

Roofing Service Technician / Foreman

to join our team. This individual must be capable of working independently or leading a small crew, depending on the project. You'll be responsible for completing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and installations across a variety of commercial and residential roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service work, leak investigations, and repairs on a variety of roofing systems Lead small crews on repairs, replacements, or maintenance jobs Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members Maintain job documentation including work orders, photos, and material usage Represent the company professionally on all job sites

Some out-of-town travel may be required

depending on project locations

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience with a wide range of roofing systems including:

Metal Roofing (standing seam, screw-down)

SBS Torch-On

TPO and EPDM single-ply membranes

Asphalt shingles

Strong understanding of roofing safety procedures and jobsite protocols Ability to work independently or lead a small crew Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills for service work Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel for short-term out-of-town work when necessary

Pay: $35.00-$40.92 per hour
