Roofing Coordinator - Service

Location: Oshawa Office - 1701 Darlington Park Rd, Courtice, ON L1E 2S6



Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite

Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday



Reports To: Service Manager

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Roofing Coordinator to join our Oshawa Service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with both technology and fieldwork, and wants to play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Project Coordination + Assist the Site Supervisor with day-to-day project coordination.
+ Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to ensure projects stay on track.
+ Update and maintain project timelines, documentation, and reports.
Site & Quality Support + Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
+ Communicate with field staff and ensure specifications and drawings are understood.
+ Identify and follow up on deficiencies to support project completion.
Client & Team Communication + Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and scheduling work.
+ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers.
+ Prepare and distribute leak reports and other client documentation.
Technology & Administration + Use MS Office Suite, SiteDocs, and Jonas (or similar project management software) to track progress, update records, and manage documentation.
+ Work with the CAD Department to create and update drawings as needed.
+ Support material and equipment orders in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.

What You Bring to the Team

Minimum 2 years of roofing field experience (required). Education or training in construction, roofing, or a related field (preferred). Proven scheduling experience (projects, crews, or service coordination). Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SiteDocs, Jonas, or similar construction/project software is an asset. Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS) are considered an asset. Strong communication and client service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
