Position Overview

We're looking for a

Roof Installer

to join our crew. This role is perfect for someone with roofing or construction experience who wants to expand their skills in a supportive, safety-focused setting.

What You'll Do

Install, repair, and maintain shingle and metal roofs Tear off old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations Assist with building and repairing decks, siding, soffit, fascia, and other exterior construction projects Carry and set up ladders, scaffolding, and roofing/construction materials Follow safety protocols, including proper use of fall protection equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site
What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in roofing or construction preferred Comfortable working at heights and with hand tools Willingness to learn and follow directions Good attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to and from job sites (within Truro area)
Wage & Hours

Pay:

$18-$25/hour to start (based on experience)

Hours:

Flexible, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work possible) Opportunity for more hours and training as skills develop
