Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and recyclable materials. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

Safely operate A/Z truck & Trailer when necessary Perform a daily pre-trip inspection of truck and record results Ensure safety and security of loads; tarp loads as appropriate Professional presentation and interaction with customers Accurate completion of driver logbook Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills:

Two (2) years of AZ and Six (6) months of roll off experience is preferred

(MINIMUM 6 MONTH OF EXPERIENCE MUST BE VERIFIED BY INSURANCE)*
Driver's License (Class AZ), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Standing, sitting, climbing, bending and crouching will be required Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract Professional communication skills (verbal/written) Customer-focused and pro-active problem solving approach Reading/writing and document use Decision making Outdoor work Working at heights may be required

Our fleet of roll-off trucks are no older than year 2023 and are all automatic transmission with automatic tarping systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
