The Sales Representative
will promote and sellHome & Wireless Services
to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, educate them on available packages, and confidently guide them to the right solutions.Your primary goal is to
deliver results, help customers upgrade their services, and contribute to the growth of our customer base
-- all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer experience.Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential customers
through community outreach, referrals, and networkingPresent Internet, TV, Mobility, and Smart Home solutions
to customersConfidently guide customers through their options and close sales
to meet targetsBuild and maintain a database of leads
, effectively prioritizing follow-upsMaintain professional representation of the Rogers brand
at all timesAchieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Other duties as required to support team and company growthQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
(required)Proven sales experience
, preferably in telecom, retail, or customer serviceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Comfortable with rejection and confident asking for the sale
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience selling telecom, home services, or technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Experience mentoring or leading small teams
