Core Functions of the Rogers Sales Representative



Promote Rogers' residential services in person--including cell phones, wireless services, internet, TV, and home phone--by tailoring solutions to household needs. Motivate and guide fellow Rogers Sales Representative's by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and reinforcing Rogers' residential sales objectives. Train and onboard new employees on Rogers' product suite, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Manage customer relationships through digital follow?ups, resolving service concerns, and strengthening subscription loyalty. Evaluate performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved service delivery and bundled solution adoption.

Education & Experience Needed for the Rogers Sales Representative



High school diploma preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field an asset. Experience in retail, sales, or customer support, with emphasis on telecommunications or subscription?based residential services a strong asset. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and clearly communicate Rogers' residential solutions to customers. Proficiency in CRM platforms, POS systems, and reporting tools to manage accounts, track performance, and ensure compliance with Rogers' standards.
