Recommending and selling Rogers' latest internet, TV, and wireless services by highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions that align with customer preferences. Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience by providing clear explanations, addressing concerns, and making the purchasing process smooth and stress-free. Keeping up with product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to confidently present solutions, stay competitive, and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborating with the Rogers Sales Representative team to share strategies, maintain motivation, and consistently exceed sales goals.
