As an authorized Representative of Rogers Telecommunications, we are actively searching for a dedicated team player to join our team as an Entry Level Rogers Sales Associate. With comprehensive and detailed training built upon existing skills, we effectively highlight each team member's strengths and personalities.

As the Entry Level Rogers Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing our company and client in a professional, competent, and compliant manner. Your main objective will be capitalizing on the sales of products and services, driving the client's footprint in a designated market, and reinforcing the relationship between client and consumer through consultative, personalized sales techniques. This Rogers Sales Associate is built for a candidate who is seeking a highly visible in-person role in an organization and is interested in managing the entire customer sales cycle.

Core Responsibilities For The Rogers Sales Associate:



Meet with prospective customers face to face to review their current needs, deliver product/service recommendations, determine eligibility, and close sales Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening and addressing the customer's needs, wants, and concerns Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective customers within an assigned territory to increase return business and create a referral pipeline Meets weekly targets for outreach, leads, and closed prospects set by the Entry Level Rogers Sales Associate Move prospects through the sales pipeline quickly and efficiently Maintain a working knowledge of all wireless, internet, and cable products, services, promotions, and updates Accurately record all customer information, strictly adhering to all of the Entry Level Rogers Sales Associate compliance and privacy guidelines Participate in daily and weekly Entry Level Rogers Sales Associate and entry-level sales team topics to continue to enhance product knowledge, advance skillsets, and brainstorm new ways to increase outreach methods and closing ratios

Qualifications For The Rogers Sales Associate:



At least 1-2 years of sales experience or experience in a client/customer-facing setting Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Unmatched work ethic, whether in an entry-level or Rogers Sales Associate team setting or working independently People-oriented demeanor with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory-type position Passion for working in a people-focused environment is a must
Full-time Sales Associates must be comfortable working directly with the public at the Kanata main office location and in assigned field territories. Authorized Rogers Sales Associates earn on average between $40,000-$50,000/year as this is a commission-based position with performance-based bonuses.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
