Responsibilities of the Rogers Representative:



Engage directly with new and existing customers, building long-lasting relationships through memorable sales interactions Work with the sales & Rogers Representative team to facilitate the full sales delivery process through direct interactions Educate consumers on the benefits and pros of Rogers Communications products and services Collaborate with other Rogers Representative Team Members and leadership to set goals, track performance, and develop sales strategies that drive business growth Assist the sales and marketing teams in analyzing new trends in consumer habits and general market shifts to maximize sales opportunities Track and report on individual and team performance to meet and exceed Rogers Communications' business standards Resolve client questions and sales concerns with professionalism and respect Collaborate with fellow Rogers Representatives to track customer engagement trends and campaign data

Requirements for the Rogers Representative:



Any type of experience in a consumer-facing, customer service, or client-support sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle account needs, follow up efficiently, and maintain accurate records Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to think critically, adapt on the spot, and solve problems A willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement and success. Strong values of integrity, authenticity, and honesty in all communications
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
