Summary



We are seeking a Rogers Installation Technician to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of cutting-edge telecommunications technologies, contributing to our mission of delivering reliable and innovative services.

The Rogers Installation Technician position is an owner operator contractor position where you supply your vehicle and tools. It's like having your own small business with a supplied stream of work giving you independence and stability. Our company is willing to help out the right individual get started if you don't already have the necessary equipment and tools.

What You'll Be Doing:



Install and Activate:

Set up and install Rogers internet, TV, home phone, and a variety of security services, ensuring every connection is top-notch.

Customer Care:

Provide friendly and professional service, guiding customers through their new products and services.

Troubleshoot and Solve:

Use your skills to diagnose and resolve any issues on the spot, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Stay Safe:

Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Can Do Attitude:

willingness to go above and beyond ensuring each customer receives an excellent experience and reliable services.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Installation Technician or similar role in telecommunications is preferred. A passion for technology and customer service. Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your schedule. Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Physically fit and able to safely set up and climb a 32 foot extension ladder up to 10 times a day. (90lb ladder)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
