What You'll Do

Perform

Installation and Repair (I&R)

of

copper and fiber lines

for residential and small business customers Troubleshoot service issues related to

internet, phone, and data

Carry out

fiber splicing

, termination, and

structured cabling

Safely work at heights (up to 28 ft) using ladders and rooftop access Deliver top-tier customer service with a professional approach Adhere to company safety protocols and quality standards

What We're Looking For

2+ years

of experience in copper and fiber installation/repair (preferred) Hands-on skills

in fiber splicing, copper troubleshooting

, and structured wiring Basic understanding

of low-voltage

systems and networking Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication skills in English Experience with

Bell Canada or Bell MTS

is considered a strong asset
