Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated

Robotics Instructor

to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate has experience with programming (C, Python, Scratch), LEGO Education kits, and STEAM education. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children are essential.

Responsibilities:



Teach robotics, coding, and STEAM-based lessons to students (ages 4-15). Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences using LEGO Education platforms and other robotics kits. Adapt and improve existing lesson plans to meet student needs and learning outcomes. Support students in building teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with the Brixel team to continuously enhance program quality.

Qualifications:



Proficiency in

C, Python, and Scratch

programming. Familiarity with

LEGO Education

kits and STEAM-based teaching methods. Strong command of

English

(spoken and written). Previous teaching, mentoring, or tutoring experience with children is an asset. Ability to adapt lessons and improve instructional content. Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.

Schedule:



Part-time, flexible hours (weekdays after school and weekends).
